TAQWEEN is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy sets out transparently what data we collect, why, on what legal basis, how long we retain it, with whom it is shared, and what rights you hold. It applies to the website www.taqween.fr and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés, as amended).

For any enquiry about your data, please write to the address above, marking your correspondence "GDPR". A Data Protection Officer (DPO) may be appointed; their contact details will be published here if so.
2.Data We Collect
We collect only data you voluntarily provide through our qualification and contact forms, together with technical data strictly necessary for the operation of the Site. Depending on your profile, the following categories may be collected:
- Identity and contact details : title, surname, first name, email address, telephone number, country of tax residence.
- Socio-professional information : professional status, level of economic knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, engagement horizon.
- Legal entity information : company name, registration number, legal representative, beneficial owner(s), business activity, country of incorporation.
- Project information : company, sector, maturity stage, stated need, business model elements, documents you choose to share.
- Consent records : timestamp and version of the information accepted, for evidentiary purposes.
- Technical data : connection data strictly necessary for security (security log), functional cookies.
No sensitive data. We do not collect or request data classified as "special categories" under Article 9 of the GDPR (including ethnic origin, opinions, religious beliefs, or health data). Please do not provide us with such information.
3.Purposes and Legal Bases
Your data is processed for the following purposes on the following legal bases:

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see section 7), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
4.Retention Periods
- Qualification and contact data : 3 years from our last contact, unless you request deletion earlier.
- Consent records : Up to 5 years, for evidentiary purposes.
- Technical data / security logs : Maximum 12 months.
- Functional cookies : Session duration or maximum 13 months.
Upon expiry of these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
5.Recipients and Processors
Your data is accessible only to authorised members of the TAQWEEN team. It is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
We engage technical service providers acting as processors within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, strictly for the purposes described and under contracts ensuring an adequate level of protection. Current processors:

6.Transfers Outside the European Union
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Union, in particular Resend (email delivery), established in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission and/or applicable adequacy decisions). The list of processors concerned is kept up to date and available on request.
7.Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- Right of access : obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy.
- Right to rectification : correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure : request deletion of your data in the cases provided for by law.
- Right to restriction : request a temporary freeze on the use of your data.
- Right to object : object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to data portability : receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent : withdraw your consent at any time.
- Post-mortem instructions : define the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@taqween.fr (subject: "GDPR"). We may ask for proof of identity. We respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.

8.Cookies
The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies for its operation and security, which do not require your prior consent. No audience-measurement, profiling, or targeted-advertising cookies are placed without your explicit consent. Should such tools be added in the future, a consent management banner will be presented to you and this policy updated accordingly.
9.Security
TAQWEEN implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration (encryption of communications, access controls, logging, data minimisation).
10.Minors
The Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data relating to minors.
11.Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated, in particular to reflect changes to the Site, our service providers, or applicable regulations. Any material change will be flagged on this page, with an updated date and version number at the top.
