Our approach

Method, governance,ethics

How we work, what we rule out, and who validates.

Partnership finance, in plain terms

Taking a stake in real businesses, sharing both profits and losses, with no interest-bearing loan. Money serves the real economy, it does not generate a return on its own.

Interest-free

Capital partners with the project, it does not lend at interest. No fixed, guaranteed return.

Shared risk

Profits and losses are shared between the parties, on terms agreed in advance.

Real economy

Real businesses and tangible assets, never pure speculation.

Transparency

Clear, balanced terms, with no opaque clauses or promises without substance.

From sourcing to monitoring, six steps

Every project goes through these documented steps before being presented to the community. Selection takes priority over volume.

01

Project sourcing

Targeted identification through our network. Projects incompatible with our principles are ruled out immediately.

02

Preliminary analysis

Business plan, team, market, business model. Most projects are ruled out here.

03

In-depth audit

Accounts, contracts, day-to-day operations, risk mapping.

04

Ethical validation

Review by the CCE, our independent ethical review body, separate from the commercial process.

05

Structuring

Legal framework, transaction terms, governance, rights and obligations of each party.

06

Monitoring & reporting

Regular updates to the community on how each project progresses.

We are not judge and jury

Trust is demonstrated. Key elements are reviewed by independent third parties, and every decision is documented and traced. None of these parties is currently engaged: this governance will be in place before any first transaction.

  • External lawyer
  • Statutory auditor, once a regulated framework requires it
  • Ethical Review Committee (CCE), an independent body
Our red lines

An activity falling within any of these areas is ruled out from the start, however profitable.

TAQWEEN is in its launch phase and is intended for informed investors. The steps available on this site are informational and introductory, free of charge and without commitment, reserved for a private circle. They constitute neither a public offering, nor a solicitation, nor investment advice. TAQWEEN is not authorised by the AMF. Taking a stake in an unlisted SME entails a risk of total loss of capital and a lack of liquidity; no return is guaranteed. Any future transaction would be conducted with informed investors, within a structured and documented framework established beforehand. Details in our legal notices.
